Hello and welcome to you! I’m Latrice–I am a writer, speaker, creator, partner, sister, and friend. Most importantly, I am a servant and daughter of the King, Jesus Christ. Whether I am speaking, writing, or working behind the scenes, my purpose is to encourage and inspire God’s daughters to live beyond the limiting beliefs that keep them from living fulfilled lives. I have walked through low self-esteem, people-pleasing, anxiety, depression, and perfectionism and I know how hard it can be to shed old mindsets and habits. That’s why my mission with Lift Her Up is to share my story and truth while giving other women (you!) the space to do the same.
